John Hamner, CCIM, CRB moved to Tucson with his wife Connie and daughter Jennifer in 1978. He was active in Tucson real estate sales in 1985 and became broker/owner of RE/MAX Premier Realty in 1991. After building this highly productive company to over 85 full time agents, he sold and merged his firm with RE/MAX All Executives. John’s leadership skills developed from his years of management helped him during his term as president of the Tucson Association of Realtors. After many years of managing a diversity of real estate transactions and negotiating his own leases for his firm, John began focusing on commercial sales and leasing in 2000. His experience includes office/industrial sales and leasing, retail land sales, and multi-family income sales.
An interesting fact about John is that his wife Connie’s twin sister Bonnie married John’s brother Steve. Connie is a residential RE/MAX agent in Tucson and Bonnie is a RE/MAX agent in Peoria Arizona. In addition to his commitment to the real estate industry, John is a passionate musician and jazz pianist and has his own jazz trio.
