Not all Short Sale "Experts" are created equal. We have our own In-House department with a proven track record of successfully completing several short sale transactions. Elizabeth Neely, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) heads this important department. It is a full time job to organize and maintain the many files she handles, communicate on a regular basis with the respective mortgage companies, and keep the agents and clients all in the loop.
